It was clean and the staff were excellent and amiable, beds were exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast was included, that was a bonus. The location was great, close to the nicer beaches in sihanoukville, the seashore and taxi, in a very nice area. Besides, the hotel was within a close distance from Kerfuffle.

I loved the place, it was clean & the staff were amiable. The room was budget & huge, came with fridge, an electric hot shower, TV. The location was marvellous and excellent a short walk from the beach.

Wi-Fi was bad, made me a little nervous.

Was a brilliant base for trip. We were in a great and particularly good location just a short walk away from Kaoh Tres. Moreover, it's so close to the sea on foot.
